Delete your Sweet.io data

How to ask: email thefirstlab.contact@gmail.com with the subject "Sweet.io data deletion". Include your in-game name and, if you use Google Play Games, your Play Games name. We reply within 30 days.

What we delete

Friends-mode data linked to you: your anonymous ID, display name, hero and any rooms (rooms are also deleted automatically within 3 hours).
Analytics and crash data linked to your app instance in Firebase.
Your Top Players score, via Google Play Games where possible.

What stays

Purchase records kept by Google Play, as required for payments and tax.
Aggregated, anonymous statistics that can't identify you.
Progress saved on your phone: uninstall the game or clear its storage to remove it. Your Play Games cloud save can be deleted in the Google Play Games app.

You can also reset your advertising ID in Android settings → Privacy → Ads.
