Privacy policy

Sweet.io ("the game") is made by The First Labs ("we"). This policy explains what the game collects and why. Contact: thefirstlab.contact@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Game progress (coins, heroes, best score, settings) is stored on your device. If you sign in with Google Play Games, a copy is saved to your Play Games cloud save so you can restore it.
- Google Play Games: your Play Games name, avatar and player ID are used to show your profile and the Top Players leaderboard, where your best score is visible to other players.
- Analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics): app interactions such as games played and screens opened, device model, OS version, an app instance ID and crash logs. We use them to fix bugs and improve the game.
- Ads (Google AdMob): the game shows ads between some games and optional reward videos. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and ad interactions to serve and measure ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. In regions where it is required we ask for consent first.
- Purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. We receive a purchase confirmation (product and order ID) but never your payment details.
- Friends mode: when you create or join a room we create an anonymous ID (Firebase Authentication) and store the room code, your display name, chosen hero and ready state in Firebase Realtime Database while the room exists. Rooms are deleted when they close or after 3 hours. Game data and voice chat travel directly between players' phones; if a direct connection is impossible, game data (not voice) is relayed through our Cloudflare server. We do not record or store voice chat. Voice chat uses your microphone only while you are in a room, and you can mute it at any time.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal data.
- We don't collect your name, email, contacts, precise location or photos.
- We don't record voice chat.
Sharing
Data is processed by the service providers named above (Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Play services, Cloudflare) under their own privacy policies, only to run the features described here.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has used friends mode, contact us and we will delete related data.
Retention and deletion
Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months; crash reports up to 90 days; friends-mode rooms up to 3 hours. To delete data linked to your device, email us from the app's store listing contact and include your Play Games name if you have one; you can also uninstall the game and reset your advertising ID.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/DTLS).
Changes
We'll update this page when the game changes how it handles data.
